The Morley Consolidated School began in 1923 on Cass and 7th Streets in Morley, MI, and held 12 grades. Student numbers grew as one-room schoolhouses in the area began to close. In 1960 a new high school was built several miles to the north and this Morley building contained only kindergarten through 8th grades. As student numbers grew, the upper grades were moved to the "new" building. In 1996 a newer high school was built north of Morley. In 2012 the building was closed and all students moved north to the newer school buildings.

Within this retired school building it is our goal to provide a nonprofit community home with the opportunity for our younger and older generation to meet. For all generations it will be a place to understand and appreciate our American History so that we will be better qualified to guide its future. We do this to honor all those that have nobly served and sacrificed for what we already have.
WE NOW HAVE PRINTS OF THE CLASS PICTURES THAT HANG IN THE BASEMENT OF THE SCHOOL. ORIGINAL SIZE IS $50 AND AN 8X10 IS $10.

Pop can/bottle drive
Two months without income in 2020 has greatly affected our facility. Consider giving your pop cans and bottles to the center. A bin is in the north parking lot for easy dropoff.
Any monetary donations would be greatly appreciated.
